DIRECTOR’S BIO
Andrew Delaplaine is a writer/director living on South Beach. He is developing several live action and animated projects for cable TV as well as three feature films. In the past, with his sister Renee, he has owned a restaurant on South Beach (Scratch), a nightclub (Warsaw Ballroom), a newspaper (The Wire), among other enterprises. He now works full-time on entertainment projects.

DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT I think the concept of “product placement” is one of the most easily satirized ideas I’ve ever imagined. You can take the concept to such extremes that if I ever get the opportunity, I will make a feature film with the evil gravitas of “The Big Sleep,” but every other line would contain a plug for some product.
